I was in charge of the Window Display at the unveiling of Arakawa Giken Kogyo's Omotesando showroom "TIERS". Based on the philosophy of "creating what doesn't exist," we wanted to create something that is not usually hung! The showroom was composed entirely of "living creatures". The roots of the mulberry tree were used to express the image of a tree that is firmly grounded in the earth, but will be more dynamic in the future, and flowers were used to add color. Although the work was quite unstable, we tried to make the most of the characteristics of "ARAKAWAGRIP," which can maintain its balance beautifully from any direction throughout 360 degrees.
